Help! I’ve forgotten my password

If you forget your password you can ask for a reminder, and then easily set a new one by following the link in the email we send you and creating a new password in your account profile.


Can my order be sent to a different address ?

Yes, when you get to the checkout, simply change ‘delivery address’ to your preferred address.


Can I have my order delivered to an overseas address ?

At this time we only deliver within the UK.


Which payment options do you accept?

We accept the following cards in payment for purchases made online: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, Diners Club International, Discover, JCB and American Express.


When will the payment be taken?

We use a secure payment gateway called Worldpay, when you enter your card details you will go to this gateway page to complete the transaction, ensuring your payment is securely verified and confirmed from your account immediately.


Can I shop without creating an account?

Yes you can, at the checkout you can choose to complete your transaction as a guest.


Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

As soon as you place your order we process and dispatch it immediately, therefore it will not be possible to make any amendments or cancel your order. In this instance, once you have received your order you would have to return it, in accordance with our Returns Policy.


Can I send my order directly as a gift?

Yes, please add the recipient’s address as the delivery address when you checkout.

If you’d prefer we didn’t include the invoice details please also add a note when you place your order so we are aware that it is a gift.

If you’d like us to add a message to your gift please send the message via our enquiries page and ensure you include your order number, a personalised hand written message can be added. Please note the message cannot be too long.


Will my jewellery be packaged safely?

Your jewellery will be packaged in a beautiful Tigers Eye Hawkshead jewellery box with its own signature band and sent out safely and securely.
