Exchanges & Returns
We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of purchase. Please ensure you return items in their original packaging with all labels intact. We may refuse returns where this is not the case.
We only offer exchanges for the same item in a different colour where applicable.
Please note that if you are requesting a refund this will be for the value of the item only, we will only refund postage if the item is faulty.
Please note, for reasons of hygiene and safety we cannot refund or exchange earrings unless faulty.
Sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.

We recommend you use a posting service that provides a proof of delivery to return any items to us as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post.
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges. Returns are sent back at your own cost unless the item is faulty or there was a mistake on our part. We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account.
